Institutional Relations & Communications Manager

About the role

Italiacamp, an impact organization promoting Made in Italy excellence, is expanding its presence in the United Arab Emirates. The Institutional Relations & Communications Manager will support the General Manager of Italiacamp EMEA FZCO in strengthening the organisation’s institutional positioning, visibility and reputation across the UAE market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with government bodies, embassies, trade associations, universities and other local and international institutions.
• Implement the organisation’s digital communication strategy across official social media accounts, digital platforms and professional networks.
• Coordinate external agencies and providers responsible for content creation, digital PR and social media campaigns, ensuring alignment with the institutional tone of voice.
• Oversee production of digital content such as articles, posts and newsletters, guaranteeing quality, accuracy and cultural appropriateness.
• Monitor digital communication performance through KPIs, analyse trends and identify opportunities to enhance online visibility and reputation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in public relations or institutional relations, preferably in an international context.
• Ability to build and maintain strategic relations with public and private entities and the media.
• Strong knowledge of UAE regulations, cultural dynamics and business etiquette.
• Excellent public speaking, problem‑solving and time‑management abilities.
• Fluent in English and Italian; Arabic knowledge is a strong plus.
