Institutional Relations Senior Manager – Middle East and SEA

About the role

Fever, a global tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is looking for an Institutional Relations Senior Manager based in Dubai. You will advance the company's strategic interests by building and maintaining relationships with government bodies, regulatory institutions, public agencies and NGOs, supporting access to public spaces, public funding and public-sector business opportunities. You will act as both internal advisor and external representative, shaping Fever's institutional voice.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and run institutional engagement strategies covering public access, subsidies and procurement.
• Represent Fever before government authorities, public institutions and associations.
• Build partnerships with municipalities, ministries, cultural institutions and public-sector entities.
• Monitor legislation, regulation and policy and advise internal stakeholders.
• Maintain a strong institutional network locally, regionally and nationally.
• Organise and prepare meetings with institutional stakeholders and act as spokesperson when needed.
• Keep internal departments informed of institutional needs and represent Fever in forums, consultations and roundtables.
• Propose public-private collaboration and co-branded initiatives, and create briefings, policy position papers and institutional decks.

Required profile

• 5+ years in public affairs, institutional relations, government relations, business development or a related field.
• Proven ability to build trust-based relationships with public sector stakeholders.
• Fluency in English and local language(s).
• Nice to have: experience in culture, tourism, events, tech or innovation; public grants or EU institutions; legal, political science, public policy or international relations background; familiarity with public procurement or licensing.
