About the role
The Integration Manager will lead end‑to‑end integration workstreams resulting from the merger of RBL into Emirates NBD, ensuring governance, stakeholder alignment and delivery of integration milestones while maintaining business continuity.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the integration roadmap, conduct current‑state and target‑state assessments, and define the Target Operating Model.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage risks, dependencies and RAID logs, and track integration milestones, synergies and benefits.
- Drive consolidation of operations, customer service, finance, HR, compliance and other support functions, standardising processes and controls.
- Support executive decision‑making with business recommendations, prepare dashboards, status reports and governance packs.
Required profile
- 8+ years of experience, including at least 3 years in Banking or Financial Services and 1+ year leading large transformation or integration programmes.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related discipline.
Required skills
- Power BI, Excel, Jira, MS Office.
- PMP / PRINCE2, Agile (CSM / SAFe) certifications, Lean Six Sigma.
- Data analysis, RAID management, program and stakeholder management.
