Internal Audit Manager / Finance Manager

About the role

We are seeking a strategic and detail‑oriented professional to lead internal audit and finance functions, ensuring robust financial governance and supporting sound decision‑making across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute internal audit plans, financial control frameworks and risk‑management strategies.
• Conduct audits of financial processes, operational effectiveness, governance practices and policy compliance.
• Assess internal controls, recommend improvements and monitor implementation.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and cash‑flow management.
• Prepare and review financial statements, management reports and audit summaries for senior leadership.
• Monitor financial performance, identify trends, risks and opportunities, and provide strategic recommendations.
• Coordinate internal and external audit activities and ensure timely resolution of findings.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations and corporate‑governance policies.
• Support ERP implementation, financial reporting tools and digital transformation initiatives.
• Develop and track KPIs related to financial performance, audit effectiveness and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
• Strong understanding of internal auditing, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, risk management and corporate governance.
• Knowledge of accounting standards, internal‑control frameworks, compliance requirements and audit methodologies.
• Experience collaborating with finance, operations, procurement, compliance and senior leadership teams.
