International Business Development Manager – Haircare

About the role

We are seeking an entrepreneurial International Business Development Manager to drive the expansion of a professional haircare brand into new markets worldwide. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to contract signing, while building lasting distributor partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate new international markets for the brand.
• Build, manage, and energize a network of distributors across multiple countries.
• Support partners in executing local commercial strategies and monitor their performance.
• Own the complete sales process, from initial conversation through negotiation to signed contracts.
• Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and education teams to align cross‑functional efforts.
• Coordinate logistics, customs, and contractual aspects of export operations.
• Represent the brand at international trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events.

Required profile

• 2‑3+ years of proven sales experience in national or export markets, preferably in the beauty/haircare sector.
• Collaborative, KPI‑driven mindset with a strong team‑player attitude.
• Natural curiosity about international markets and a solution‑oriented approach.
• Full professional proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Strong communication skills to build trust across cultures and geographies.

Required skills
