International Emerging Stores FP&A Finance Manager

About the role

Amazon is seeking a Finance Manager to lead FP&A for International Emerging Stores across Latam, MENA, APAC and India. You will partner with Retail, Operations, Marketing and Tech teams to provide financial insight, drive automation and ensure robust financial controls.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary FP&A contact for the International Emerging Stores business.
• Build and maintain financial models, validate operational results and support decision‑making.
• Lead month‑end close, OPEX and headcount planning cycles.
• Control and analyze store OPEX, challenge variances and develop action plans.
• Partner with Payments, Customer Service, Operations, Bad Debts, Prime and Marketing finance teams for variance analysis.
• Drive automation, process simplification and ensure data integrity.
• Orchestrate the full planning process, from assumptions to system load and reporting.

Required profile

• 5+ years of finance, tax or related analytical experience (or Master’s degree with 3+ years finance experience).
• Strong analytical mindset with a track record of continuous‑improvement projects.
• Experience identifying data issues, root‑causing and implementing escalation plans.
• Proven ability to mentor junior finance or business team members.
