International Kindergarten Teacher – Urgent

About the role

The school, following a Canadian curriculum, seeks a passionate Kindergarten/Infant Teacher to join a multicultural team. The role involves creating engaging learning experiences that develop literacy, communication, and analytical skills for Emirati and expatriate students.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver lessons aligned with curriculum guidelines.
• Support students in reading, writing, speaking, and critical‑thinking development.
• Use varied instructional methods to meet diverse learner needs.
• Assess student learning through assignments, projects, and examinations.
• Provide constructive feedback and maintain accurate performance records.
• Foster an inclusive, respectful classroom environment and collaborate with colleagues.
• Engage with parents and participate in school events and professional development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Primary Education or related field.
• Recognized teaching qualification (PGCE or B.Ed).
• Previous elementary teaching experience and strong understanding of English curriculum standards.
• Excellent communication and classroom‑management skills.
• Willingness to adapt to a new cultural environment and respect local customs.
