International Tax Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced International Tax Manager to join a leading professional services organization in Dubai. The role involves overseeing complex cross‑border tax matters, advising on offshore structures and ensuring compliance with evolving regulatory frameworks.

Key responsibilities

• Lead tax planning, compliance and advisory activities across international and offshore jurisdictions.
• Provide expert guidance on corporate structures, holding companies, trusts, funds and cross‑border transactions.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, economic substance requirements and reporting obligations.
• Manage relationships with external tax advisors, regulators and service providers.
• Support business expansion, M&A and restructuring initiatives from a tax perspective.
• Monitor legislative changes impacting offshore structures and international operations.
• Advise senior leadership on tax risks, opportunities and optimisation strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Tax or a related field.
• Professional qualification preferred (ACA, ACCA, CPA, CTA, ADIT or equivalent).
• 7+ years of taxation experience with a strong focus on Isle of Man and/or Cayman Islands jurisdictions.
• Experience in professional services firms, family offices, investment groups or multinational organisations.
• Strong knowledge of international tax, corporate structuring and economic substance regulations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and advisory skills.
