Inventory Coordinator

About the role

The Inventory Coordinator is responsible for end‑to‑end management of RAKEZ assets across assigned zones. You will ensure accurate recording, verification, handling, tracking, storage coordination and disposal of assets while supporting the Supervisor in maintaining audit‑ready records.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date inventory records and conduct physical verification.
• Document and trace all asset movements, handovers, takeovers and inspections.
• Prepare inventory reports, dashboards and performance analyses.
• Control the full lifecycle of assets from request to disposal, including sourcing, delivery, storage and shifting.
• Optimize warehouse space, monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
• Evaluate disposal options and manage disposal activities in compliance with policies.
• Coordinate with procurement, approved vendors, recyclers, auctioneers and waste‑management companies.

Required profile

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Facilities Management or related field.
• 2‑3 years of experience in inventory, warehouse coordination or asset management, preferably in an industrial or facilities environment.
• Fluent English; Arabic knowledge is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
