Inventory Officer - Interior Fitout

About the role

Careers International is recruiting an Inventory Officer for interior fitout projects in Dubai. The role keeps materials available and accurate by monitoring stock levels, coordinating with procurement and supporting project sites.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels and carry out regular stock counts to ensure accuracy and availability of materials.
• Coordinate with the procurement team to replenish inventory, placing orders for materials and supplies on time.
• Use inventory management software to track inventory movement, update records and generate reports.
• Process material requests from departments or project sites, ensuring accurate allocation and timely delivery.
• Prepare materials for distribution, including packaging, labelling and documentation.
• Maintain records of issued materials and monitor usage to identify trends and forecast future needs.

Required profile

• Expertise in Joinery and Fitout industry materials.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the UAE.
• Proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Familiarity with ERP systems.
• Experience with inventory management software.
