Investment Banking Associate – MENA Coverage (Dubai)

About the role

The Investment Banking Division in Dubai is seeking an Associate to support the MENA coverage team. You will work on a variety of corporate finance transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, IPOs and capital‑raising assignments, while interacting directly with senior decision‑makers across leading European financial institutions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the execution of corporate finance transactions such as IPOs, M&A, and strategic advisory projects.
• Perform detailed financial analysis, strategic business analysis and industry research.
• Prepare and deliver client presentations and market judgments.
• Contribute to team discussions, client meetings and business development initiatives.
• Mentor junior analysts and promote a collaborative team culture.

Required profile

• Strong academic background with interest in investment banking and capital markets.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple assignments.
• Excellent communication skills and comfort presenting to senior clients.
• Willingness to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
