About the role

One Ten Associates is seeking a qualified lawyer to join its growing UAE office within the funds practice. The role involves advising on the establishment and structuring of investment funds, including DIFC and ADGM vehicles, and handling related regulatory and transactional matters.

Key responsibilities

Advise on fund formation and structuring in DIFC, ADGM and other jurisdictions.
Negotiate fund documentation and side letters with institutional investors, including sovereign wealth funds.
Support regulatory compliance for UAE, UK, Luxembourg and Irish fund structures.

Required profile

2–6 years post‑qualification experience in an investment funds practice.
Solid experience with UAE funds, preferably setting up funds in DIFC and ADGM.
Transactional experience, including side‑letter negotiations with institutional investors.
Regulatory experience with UAE, UK, Luxembourg or Irish funds.
