Investment Manager – Media & Creator Economy

About the role

An entrepreneurial investment platform is looking for an Investment Manager to lead deal sourcing, execution and portfolio management, focusing on media, content and creator‑economy businesses across Europe and the Middle East.

Key responsibilities

• Source and originate investment opportunities in media, content and creator‑economy sectors.
• Build and maintain relationships with founders, management teams and intermediaries.
• Conduct commercial and financial analysis, develop financial models and valuation cases.
• Support transaction execution from origination through completion, coordinating due diligence and external advisors.
• Prepare investment committee materials and recommendations.
• Monitor portfolio company performance, identify value‑creation opportunities and support strategic initiatives.
• Perform market, benchmarking and valuation analysis across the investment portfolio.
• Assist with acquisitions, strategic projects and business reviews, and prepare board‑level reporting.

Required profile

• 5‑10 years of experience in private equity, principal investing, M&A or corporate development.
• Exposure to media, content, entertainment, marketing services or creator‑economy businesses.
• Strong transaction execution and financial modelling experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholder relationships.
• Experience working directly with founders and senior management teams.
• Willingness to relocate to or be based in Dubai.
