About the role
Ethos is seeking an experienced Investor & Fundraising Specialist to help train a cutting‑edge AI model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will work remotely, creating and refining AI‑generated pitch decks, data‑room indexes, investor update memos, cap‑table summaries, term‑sheet summaries, and LP reports.
Key responsibilities
- Design and build high‑quality pitch decks, data‑room indexes, and investor update memos for startup fundraises, venture funds, or LP‑facing platforms.
- Apply expertise in cap‑table mechanics, term‑sheet structuring, and reporting standards expected by LPs and institutional investors.
- Evaluate, edit, and improve AI‑generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks to meet professional standards.
Required profile
- 5+ years of experience in startup fundraising, venture capital, or investor relations.
- Demonstrated ability to produce polished, detail‑oriented documents and presentations.
