About the role
We are looking for an IT Analyst to support our IT infrastructure operations in Abu Dhabi. The role bridges IT, finance and vendors, ensuring smooth procurement and basic technical support.
Key responsibilities
- Raise purchase requisitions, process purchase orders and track the full procurement lifecycle.
- Maintain contract renewals, pricing comparisons and support cost‑optimization decisions.
- Coordinate with vendors, internal IT, finance and legal teams to obtain approvals and resolve pending requests.
- Provide L1 desktop and technical support when needed.
- Assist in technical evaluation of IT devices and solutions.
- Maintain documentation and ensure timely execution of tasks.
- Use Oracle Fusion for procurement and finance processes, including Capex/Opex tracking.
Required profile
- 5‑7 years of experience in IT procurement or related support.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Networking or a related field.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, on‑site environment with strong coordination skills.
Required skills
- IT procurement and vendor management.
- Basic working knowledge of Oracle Fusion.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
- L1 desktop support fundamentals.
- Basic finance concepts (Capex, Opex, accruals).
