About the role
The IT Application Support professional ensures that smart systems and applications used within the department run smoothly and efficiently, aligning with strategic plans and objectives. You will collaborate closely with development teams and IT project managers to maintain high performance of all adopted programs and systems.
Key responsibilities
- Provide technical support for departmental applications and smart systems.
- Work with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Assist IT project managers in maintaining system performance.
- Ensure applications operate according to strategic objectives.
Required profile
- 8–10 years of experience in IT or a related field.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a comparable discipline from a recognized university.
- Proficient English reading, writing, speaking, and analytical skills.
