IT Audit Supervisor

About the role

The IRMeA (Information Risk Management in Audit) team at KPMG provides assurance that technology‑related processes supporting financial reporting are fit for purpose. As an IT Audit Supervisor you will lead quality assurance activities and ensure effective communication of technical issues to clients.

Key responsibilities

• Perform quality assurance reviews on audit deliverables and ensure compliance with service level agreements.
• Plan and oversee the implementation of process changes, highlighting and resolving issues proactively.
• Manage seamless transitions for new projects and clients, controlling backlogs and maintaining audit timelines.

Required profile

• Professional certification: CISA or CISM.
• At least 4 years of post‑qualification experience in IT advisory, IT audit support or technology risk consulting, preferably within a Big 4 environment.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of General IT Controls and ERP systems (SAP or Oracle).
• Understanding of operating systems, databases and ERP analytics.
• Basic knowledge of cyber security, business continuity management and emerging technologies.
• Familiarity with data analytics concepts.
