IT Executive

About the role

The IT Executive will maintain and troubleshoot the company’s IT infrastructure, ensuring reliable network, server and cloud services for all users. This hands‑on role combines network engineering, system administration and end‑user support to keep business operations running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Configure, install and maintain networking hardware such as routers, switches, firewalls and wireless access points.
• Manage LAN, WAN, VLANs, subnets, IP routing and VPN connections.
• Monitor network performance, diagnose connectivity, performance and security issues, and implement timely resolutions.
• Support cloud‑based networks and manage database storage and cloud servers.
• Assist with firewall management, intrusion detection/prevention systems and overall network security.
• Document configurations, procedures and troubleshooting steps.
• Provide on‑site and remote support for end‑users, including MacBook configuration and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with other IT teams for integration and capacity planning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science or a related field.
• Proven experience in IT support, networking and system administration.
• Hands‑on experience with MacBook configuration and troubleshooting.
• Strong problem‑solving, documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
