IT Field Technical Support Team Leader

About the role

Join CBRE Asia Pacific’s Digital & Technology team as the Team Leader for Field Technical Support in the Middle East. You will oversee IT services for roughly 2,000 end‑users across the region, ensuring high‑quality support and smooth project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of six engineers spread across multiple Middle‑East countries, acting as the primary technical point of contact.
• Collaborate directly with business leaders to align IT services with business objectives.
• Analyse reported issues, implement corrective actions and report performance metrics to senior leadership.
• Manage projects such as new office setups and technology deployments, controlling timelines and budgets.
• Engage with the user community to gather feedback and improve the overall experience.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of IT management experience, preferably in end‑user support or service‑desk leadership.
• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid knowledge of desktop management, office automation and general operating systems.
• Proven project‑management abilities and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
