IT Lead – Business‑Focused Technology Partner

About the role

Adecco Middle East is looking for an experienced IT Lead to act as the strategic technology partner for its operations in the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia. You will bridge business objectives with digital solutions, driving innovation, AI adoption, and efficient IT services across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with country leadership to translate business goals into technology initiatives.
• Identify and implement automation, AI, and digital tools that improve productivity.
• Manage local IT infrastructure, onboarding processes, network, VPN, email, and hardware provisioning.
• Oversee vendor relationships to ensure service quality and cost‑effectiveness.
• Support governance, compliance, security policies, and change‑management for digital transformation.
• Own the local IT budget, track expenditures, and forecast technology investments.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a senior IT leadership or business‑partner role.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Track record of delivering technology projects that align with business strategy.

Required skills

• IT infrastructure management (network, VPN, email systems, hardware provisioning).
• Experience with AI technologies and emerging digital tools.
• Vendor management and contract negotiation.
• Budget planning and financial stewardship for IT spend.
