About the role
A leading organization in the UAE is looking for an experienced IT Program Manager to drive enterprise‑scale digital transformation initiatives. The role involves overseeing ERP, ITSM and CRM solution rollouts, ensuring governance, and delivering measurable business value.
Key responsibilities
- Lead planning, governance and delivery of large‑scale IT transformation programs.
- Manage ERP implementations and ITSM/CRM solution rollout projects.
- Coordinate with business, technical teams and external stakeholders.
- Monitor program progress, risks, timelines and deliverables.
- Ensure adherence to governance frameworks throughout execution.
Required profile
- Proven experience as an IT Program Manager handling enterprise‑scale technology programs.
- Strong program governance, planning and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage complex transformation initiatives.
- European or Arabic nationality currently based in the UAE is preferred.
Required skills
- ERP implementation experience.
- ITSM solution delivery.
- CRM solution delivery.
