IT Support Executive – End‑User, M365 & Network Administration

About the role

We are seeking a proactive IT Support Executive to deliver end‑to‑end technical assistance across our corporate environment. The role combines desktop support, Microsoft 365 administration, networking, firewall management and security monitoring to ensure a reliable and secure IT infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 & Level 2 support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices and business applications.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system and connectivity issues.
• Manage user onboarding, off‑boarding and account lifecycle in Microsoft 365 and Active Directory.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services – Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive – including licensing, mailbox and group management.
• Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi, VPN, switches, routers and related network services.
• Configure and manage firewall policies, VPNs, NAT and security rules.
• Oversee endpoint security and antivirus solutions, respond to security alerts and ensure patch compliance.
• Support Windows Server environments, file sharing, printer services and backup/recovery operations.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support, networking and system administration.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and Active Directory.
• Hands‑on experience with firewall management and endpoint security.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication and customer‑service skills.
