IT Support Executive

About the role

Al Rustumani Owner Association Management Services L.L.C. (AROAM) is looking for a full-time IT Support Executive in Dubai to support its technology infrastructure and daily IT operations. The successful candidate will troubleshoot technical issues, maintain office networks, manage user accounts and help keep company systems secure and reliable. The position is open to both genders and requires at least one year of relevant UAE experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, computer systems and office networks
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity and system issues
• Manage email accounts, Wi-Fi connectivity, user accounts and access permissions
• Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures, security protocols and regular data backups
• Coordinate with external IT service providers and monitor system performance
• Provide technical assistance to employees and answer IT queries

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field
• At least one year of relevant IT experience in the UAE
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication and interpersonal skills
