IVVQ Engineer – Radio Communication Systems

About the role

We are seeking an experienced IVVQ Engineer to join our technical systems team in Abu Dhabi. You will support the integration, verification, validation and qualification of complex radio communication systems that combine hardware and software components.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate hardware, software and radio communication subsystems in laboratory and pre‑deployment environments.
• Define test strategies, procedures and verification activities based on system requirements.
• Execute system‑level and end‑to‑end testing, including functional, performance and robustness testing.
• Analyse test results, identify root causes of failures and coordinate corrective actions with engineering teams.
• Maintain requirements‑to‑test traceability and verification evidence.
• Support system deployment, on‑site verification, validation, troubleshooting and acceptance testing.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience in IVVQ, system integration, verification & validation or system‑level testing.
• Strong experience with radio communication systems or similar complex hardware/software communication systems.
• Hands‑on experience with hardware/software integration and system‑level troubleshooting.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Computer Science or related field.
• Valid UAE driving licence and strong English communication skills; French is a plus.
