JavaScript Developer (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a talented JavaScript Developer to join a leading AI company on a full‑time remote basis. You will work on designing, building, and maintaining high‑quality code that powers AI model training and optimization for US‑based clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain efficient code for training and optimizing AI models.
• Conduct evaluations to benchmark model performance and analyse results.
• Evaluate and rank AI model responses to user queries across diverse domains.
• Lead supervised fine‑tuning efforts, creating and curating task‑specific datasets.
• Collaborate with researchers and annotators to implement reinforcement learning with human feedback (RLHF) and refine reward models.

Required profile

• Proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience with Node.js, Nest.js, and modern front‑end frameworks such as React, Vue.js or Angular.
• Ability to write readable, reusable, and maintainable code and perform thorough peer reviews.
• Knowledge of Docker for containerisation and deployment.
• Familiarity with performance measurement and profiling tools.
