Jewellery Production Manager

About the role

Kanz Jewels is seeking a full‑time Jewellery Production Manager to lead its on‑site workshop in Dubai. The manager will oversee the complete production cycle, ensuring that each piece meets the brand’s high standards for design, quality, and delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and coordinate manufacturing activities to meet production targets.
• Assign workloads, monitor output and enforce craftsmanship and safety standards.
• Collaborate with design, sales and procurement teams to translate concepts into production‑ready pieces.
• Optimize material usage, maintain inventory levels and track production KPIs.
• Resolve operational issues, drive process improvements and ensure brand consistency.

Required profile

• Strong experience in jewellery manufacturing or production management, with hands‑on knowledge of gold, precious stones and fine‑craft processes.
• Proven ability to lead artisans and technicians, coach staff and foster a collaborative workshop environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and experience implementing quality‑control standards.
• Familiarity with supply‑chain and inventory management for jewellery materials.
• Experience in the Middle‑East luxury jewellery market is an advantage.
