About the role
We are seeking a motivated Junior Administrative Assistant to join the Admin Team at our Dubai office. The role supports daily office operations and ensures smooth functioning of administrative processes. You will work closely with team members to provide professional support to staff, visitors and clients.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Admin Team with daily office operations and general administrative duties.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism and accuracy.
- Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors for purchases and services.
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees.
- Arrange office events, meetings and travel logistics.
- Support other team members with additional administrative tasks as required.
Required profile
- 2‑3 years of proven experience as an Administrative or Office Assistant.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational, multitasking and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
- Problem‑solving mindset and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
