Junior Accountant – Hotel Finance

About the role

As a Junior Accountant at Grand Hyatt Abu Dhabi Hotel & Residences, you will support the hotel’s financial operations and ensure accuracy in day‑to‑day accounting activities. You will represent the Finance function with professionalism, attention to detail, and care, aligning with Hyatt’s standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with financial reporting and month‑end close processes.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and general ledger entries.
• Support internal teams by providing timely financial information.
• Ensure compliance with Hyatt’s financial policies and procedures.
• Help with reconciliations and variance analysis.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in hospitality.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Effective interpersonal and communication abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with accounting systems such as Opera or Oracle.
