Junior Accountant (Odoo experience a plus)

About the role
Heritage Palace Decor, an interior decoration company based in Al Sajaa Industrial Area, is seeking a motivated Junior Accountant to join the team in Sharjah.
Key responsibilities
- Record daily transactions including sales and purchase invoices, receipts and payments.
- Maintain accounts payable and receivable and reconcile supplier and customer statements.
- Prepare bank reconciliations and manage petty cash.
- Keep VAT records and support the preparation of quarterly VAT returns.
- Assist with month‑end closing and basic financial reports.
- File and organize accounting documents for audit.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Commerce.
- 1‑2 years of accounting experience (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Based in Sharjah or Ajman and available to join immediately.
Required skills
- Odoo accounting software (strong advantage).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Basic knowledge of UAE VAT.
