Junior Cybersecurity Specialist – UAE (Entry Level)

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Cybersecurity Specialist to join our UAE‑based team. This position is designed for recent graduates eager to start a career in information security and gain hands‑on experience in security operations, threat analysis, and technical support.

Key responsibilities

• Review and respond to security alerts generated by monitoring systems and assist in threat escalation.
• Investigate security events by collecting technical data, analysing system activity, and documenting findings.
• Support technical teams in identifying system weaknesses through testing and assessments.
• Research emerging cyber threats, indicators, and trends to keep the team informed.
• Help create internal security awareness content and communicate it across departments.
• Collaborate with IT and security teams to protect networks, systems, and infrastructure.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, IT or a related field.
• 0–1 year of professional experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Basic understanding of networking principles and how systems communicate.
• Awareness of common cyber risks and security monitoring concepts.
• Strong willingness to learn, good communication skills, and a problem‑solving mindset.
