Junior Insurance Executive – Dubai (UAE National)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Insurance Executive to join our Dubai office. This full‑time, on‑site position is open to UAE nationals who are fresh graduates or have up to three years of experience and want to start a long‑term career in the insurance sector.

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day insurance operations across underwriting, finance, claims, compliance, and customer service.
• Assist with insurance documentation, data entry, policy records, and internal reporting.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned tasks.
• Learn and adhere to insurance regulations, company policies, and internal procedures.
• Maintain accurate records while ensuring confidentiality of information.
• Provide operational and administrative support to team members as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business management, accounting, economics or a related field.
• UAE national with a valid Family Book.
• Fresh graduate or up to three years of relevant experience.
• Willingness to work full‑time from the office (5 days a week).
• Strong interest in building a career in insurance.
• Good communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Attention to detail, professional attitude and strong work ethic.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
