Junior Marketing Executive

About the role

NH Management, a corporate services and consultancy firm based in the UAE, is looking for a proactive, organised and detail-oriented Junior Marketing Executive to support the day-to-day execution of its marketing and communications activities. The role sits within a small marketing function and covers content, social media, email, website and basic SEO, with a preference for candidates with previous UAE marketing experience.

Key responsibilities

• Support B2B content and social media, including scheduling posts, maintaining the content calendar and drafting, editing and proofreading copy.
• Create social media posts and marketing assets in Canva, resize them for different platforms and coordinate with external designers.
• Support email campaigns, audience segmentation, contact management and CRM-related activities.
• Upload content to the website, support basic on-page SEO (metadata, internal linking, image optimisation) and coordinate with developers.
• Collect performance data, prepare regular reports, identify trends and maintain marketing trackers.
• Conduct competitor and industry research, assist with events and campaigns, and keep marketing files and assets organised.

Required profile

• 2-3 years of marketing, digital marketing or communications experience; B2B experience preferred, especially in professional services, financial services, consulting or corporate services.
• Excellent written and spoken English, with strong writing, editing and proofreading skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and to manage several priorities and deadlines.
• Previous UAE marketing experience preferred.

Required skills

• Working proficiency in Canva and basic graphic design.
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms, CRM systems, CMS and analytics tools.
• Basic understanding of SEO principles.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
