Junior Partnerships Manager

About the role

Audiomob is looking for a Junior Partnerships Manager to help expand its network of game and app developers. You will support the growth of the Audiomob ecosystem by identifying, engaging, and onboarding new developer partners while nurturing existing relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, pitch, and onboard new game and app developer partners.
• Manage ongoing communication with developers via Slack, Telegram, or MS Teams.
• Upsell existing partners with new ad formats, optimisation strategies, and revenue‑growth plans.
• Represent Audiomob at industry events, conferences, and panel discussions, including public speaking.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth integration.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in partnerships, business development, account management, monetisation, or developer relations within gaming, apps, adtech, or a related field.
• Proven ability to manage outreach strategies, pipeline, and commercial conversations.
• Strong communication skills and confidence speaking on panels or at events.
• Comfortable working cross‑functionally with product, engineering, marketing, and operations teams.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM tools or partner pipeline management.
