About the role
Join ALEC, a leading construction company in the GCC, as a Junior Planning Engineer. You will support the planning team in developing, coordinating, and monitoring production schedules for major UAE projects, ensuring data accuracy and cross‑team collaboration.
Key responsibilities
- Validate actual versus planned performance with production leads.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of all planning‑related records.
- Identify delays, bottlenecks, and risks to project timelines.
- Participate in progress meetings, capture updates and action points.
- Enter data and update planning tools such as Primavera P6.
- Coordinate with stores and procurement to ensure timely material availability.
- Track and update daily production progress, providing input for schedule adjustments.
Required profile
- Passionate about planning, data accuracy, and cross‑team coordination.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (24 months indicated).
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.

- Microsoft Office Suite
