Junior Project Manager – Adventure Construction

About the role

Warrior Group is seeking a Junior Project Manager to support adventure construction and destination development projects in Dubai. This full‑time, on‑site position will assist in planning, coordinating and delivering projects from initiation through completion.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in project scheduling, milestone tracking and status reporting.
• Maintain project documentation and update project plans.
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, suppliers and external partners to expedite materials and services.
• Support site inspections, logistics planning and vendor deliveries.
• Track risks, issues and ensure compliance with quality, safety and budget requirements.

Required profile

• Strong foundational project management knowledge, including planning and stakeholder coordination.
• Experience or familiarity with expediting tasks.
• Understanding of inspection processes and quality control in construction.
• Basic logistics management knowledge.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as MS Project and Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to work on‑site in Dubai within a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.
