Junior QA/QC Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Junior QA/QC Engineer to support quality assurance and control activities across façade projects in the UAE. The role involves ensuring that materials, fabrication, installation and testing meet international standards and project specifications while working closely with the QA/QC Manager and project teams.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in implementing and maintaining quality management systems for façade fabrication and installation.
• Conduct inspections of materials, mock-ups, factory outputs and on-site works to verify compliance.
• Document inspection results, non-conformities and corrective actions.
• Support testing programs and coordinate with consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across façade operations.

Required profile

• Passion for quality and commitment to delivering excellence in façade construction.
• Experience inspecting façade systems and ensuring compliance with international standards and project specifications.
• Ability to work collaboratively with project teams, site engineers, consultants and suppliers.
