About the role
D&A Consult is seeking a Junior Quantity Surveyor to support both pre‑ and post‑contract services on construction projects in Dubai. The role involves preparing tender documents, estimating costs, and managing variations through to final accounts.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare tender documents, Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and cost estimates.
- Evaluate tenders, assess payment applications and variations.
- Conduct final account preparation and post‑contract assessments.
Required profile
- Experience in pre‑ and post‑contract services.
- Proficiency in BOQ preparation and cost estimation.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering or related field.
- Experience consulting in the UAE is desirable.
- Familiarity with POMI.
- Operational knowledge of the building process, especially villas.

What we offer
- Salary between AED 5,000 and AED 6,000 per month.
