Junior/Mid Software Engineer (AI-Assisted Coding)

About the role

We are seeking a Junior to Mid‑level Software Engineer to join our Technology team in Dubai. You will work closely with the Head of Tech to develop, maintain, and improve internal systems, web applications, integrations, and automation tools, using modern AI coding assistants to accelerate delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain internal web applications and backend APIs.
• Develop database‑driven features and integrations with external services.
• Create and enhance frontend interfaces using React or Vue.
• Automate manual business processes and improve existing workflows.
• Write, review, test, debug, and document clean code.
• Leverage AI coding tools to speed up development while ensuring code quality.
• Validate AI‑generated code for security, performance, and correctness.
• Support deployments, version control, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with internal users to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Required profile

• Ability to write clear prompts for AI tools and review AI‑generated output.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills to work with non‑technical stakeholders.
• Willingness to adopt AI‑assisted development without becoming dependent on it.
