Key Account Executive – FMCG Sales

About the role

The Key Account Executive will drive sales growth for Agthia’s food and beverage brands across assigned retail outlets in Dubai. You will be responsible for meeting store‑level targets, ensuring optimal product placement and executing promotional activities to maximise brand visibility and availability.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs at the store level.
• Distribute the Must Stock List, monitor stock levels and prevent out‑of‑stock situations.
• Execute national key‑account agreements, promotional activities, new product launches and pricing updates.
• Negotiate in‑store activations, manage trade spend and ensure primary and secondary visibility.
• Prepare and process FOC/DME approval requests and track area expenses.
• Support merchandisers with order preparation, execution standards and in‑store activities.
• Monitor share of shelf, distribution, sales performance and market share; recommend corrective actions.
• Attend weekly review meetings with the Key Account Supervisor and report issues and opportunities.
• Assist with receivables collection to support DSO targets and credit policy compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
• 3‑4 years of sales experience, preferably in the FMCG sector.
• Experience in key‑account, modern trade or sales executive roles within the GCC market.
• Strong understanding of GCC retail and key‑account landscape.
• Proven ability to negotiate and influence store managers and customers.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
