About the role
The company is a leading FMCG player in the UAE looking for a dynamic Key Account Executive to manage its HORECA portfolio in Dubai. You will be responsible for driving sales growth across premium hotels, airline catering firms, catering groups and golf clubs while building long‑term relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and expand key hospitality accounts, including 4‑ and 5‑star hotels, airline catering companies, catering groups and golf clubs.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase market presence.
- Lead commercial negotiations and strategic account planning to achieve sales targets.
- Prepare business plans, ROI analyses and P&L reports for assigned accounts.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of FMCG sales experience in Dubai or the UAE.
- Strong network within the hospitality/HORECA sector.
- Proven experience in key account management and B2B sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Valid driving licence (mandatory).
