About the role

Our client, a global energy drink brand, is seeking a Key Account Executive for the HoReCa channel in the UAE. The role focuses on developing and managing relationships with hotels, restaurants, cafés, catering companies and institutional clients to drive sales growth.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage and grow key HoReCa accounts across the UAE, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify and onboard new customers, develop account plans and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Support product launches, promotions and activations within the HoReCa channel.
  • Monitor sales performance, pricing, collections and account profitability, and coordinate with internal teams for execution and reporting.
  • Track competitor activity, market trends and customer needs, providing insights to inform business strategy.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in HoReCa, FMCG, beverage or food‑service sales.
  • Valid UAE driving licence.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
