About the role

En Route, a global specialist in passenger solutions and airline catering, is looking for a Key Account Manager to join its UAE team on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. You will act as the primary liaison between key customers and En Route’s global operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and driving sales growth.

Key responsibilities

  • Serve as the specialist primary point of contact for key customers and coordinate with En Route global teams.
  • Own sales budget performance and adhere to contract frameworks with UAE‑based stakeholders.
  • Lead negotiations and develop strategies for prospective accounts, making critical decisions.
  • Grow market share, achieve and exceed sales targets, and support business development initiatives from project initiation to mobilisation.
  • Maintain a holistic view of each account, handling escalations and ensuring cross‑departmental awareness.
  • Develop strategic partnerships with decision‑makers, conduct product and range reviews, and align En Route support with customer business plans.
  • Ensure business case and pricing model compliance, keep CRM records up‑to‑date, and compile sales presentations with input from NPD, Creative and Marketing teams.

Required profile

  • Proven experience in key account management and sales within a B2B environment.
  • Strong negotiation and strategic planning abilities.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving market share growth.
  • Ability to collaborate with internal operational teams and external customers.

Required skills

    What we offer

    • Total annual compensation of 282,000 AED, inclusive of travel and housing allowances.
    • 12‑month fixed‑term contract with the opportunity to work for a leading global air services provider.
