About the role

The Key Account Manager – eCommerce will own and expand our most strategic online partners and marketplace relationships. Acting as the primary point of contact, you will drive sales growth, negotiate terms and ensure a strong brand presence across all digital channels.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute data‑driven account plans to exceed sales, margin and market‑share targets for assigned e‑commerce accounts.
  • Identify new product opportunities, promotional tactics and digital marketing collaborations to maximise revenue.
  • Conduct regular business reviews, present performance insights and recommend strategic actions.
  • Negotiate annual contracts, pricing, and promotional calendars with account buyers.
  • Monitor e‑commerce performance metrics such as conversion rate, traffic, inventory in‑stock rate and return rate.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain and Logistics to forecast demand and maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Ensure product listings are accurate and complete (titles, descriptions, images, A+ content) using PIM/DAM tools.
  • Lead cross‑functional initiatives with Marketing, Product and Finance, managing trade spend and digital investment budgets.
  • Track competitive landscape and marketplace policies, using analytics tools (Helium 10, Jungle Scout, internal dashboards) to extract actionable insights.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E‑commerce or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Key Account Management, sales or business development within the e‑commerce sector.
  • Proven track record of growing major online accounts and delivering revenue targets.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical and communication abilities.

Required skills

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
  • Experience with Helium 10 and Jungle Scout analytics platforms.
  • Familiarity with PIM/DAM systems for product information management.
  • Proficiency in presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint).
