About the role
We are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to lead relationships with exhibition organisers across the UAE and GCC. You will be the primary liaison between client organisers and our internal teams, ensuring projects are delivered smoothly and commercial growth is achieved.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day relationships with organiser clients and key accounts.
- Receive, coordinate and communicate organiser requests to design, production and project delivery teams.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including agencies, venues and suppliers.
- Oversee project execution across all stages, from concept to on‑site delivery.
- Support account growth through strong client service and commercial awareness.
- Assist with forecasting, reporting and business planning.
- Resolve issues quickly and manage client expectations effectively.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the exhibition industry.
- Experience working with organisers, agencies or main contractors.
- Strong knowledge of trade‑show operations and the UAE exhibitions market.
- Commercially minded, highly organised and solutions‑focused.
- Willingness to travel locally and regionally as required.
Required skills
- Familiarity with Maxima shell‑scheme system.
- Familiarity with Octanorm shell‑scheme system.
