Key Account Manager – Fragrance (Fixed-Term)

About the role

The Key Account Manager – Fragrance will drive sustainable business growth and profitability for Cartier’s luxury travel‑retail fragrance portfolio in Dubai. This fixed‑term maternity cover position offers the chance to work closely with strategic clients, internal teams and travel‑retail ambassadors to deliver commercial success.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the commercial lead for the fragrance team, supporting strategy execution, sales targets, supply flow, forecasting and marketing plans.
• Manage key client accounts: achieve sales and margin targets, provide accurate forecasts, develop strategic account plans and serve as the primary contact for inquiries.
• Build and lead a travel‑retail ambassador community through training, recruitment, performance monitoring and incentive management.
• Identify growth opportunities, upsell and cross‑sell within accounts, monitor market trends and competitor activity, and present new product launches and brand strategies.
• Lead commercial negotiations on pricing, terms and conditions to secure favourable agreements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of business priorities, marketing initiatives and operational plans.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the beauty, fragrance, luxury or travel‑retail industry.
• Strong commercial acumen with a proven ability to drive sales performance.
