About the role

We are seeking a sophisticated Key Account Manager to lead our most valued partnerships. In this role you will act as a strategic consultant, navigating complex business landscapes to ensure long‑term growth and unparalleled client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary lead for large‑scale accounts, delivering on our Client Value Proposition.
  • Define and execute 2–3 year strategic account plans, anticipating future needs and market shifts.
  • Gather and share market intelligence to proactively address industry challenges.
  • Lead in‑depth account reviews covering claims experience, service performance and future opportunities.
  • Identify and implement tailored solutions to address unique client business challenges.
  • Manage escalations independently with a client‑centric mindset.
  • Analyze client experience data to optimise processes and increase client stickiness.
  • Lead renewal negotiations and tender responses to retain and expand business.
  • Oversee seamless implementation of new clients and identify cross‑selling opportunities.

Required profile

  • Minimum 5 years of account management experience in financial services handling large, high‑value relationships.
  • Progress towards or completion of Irish Insurance Examinations or equivalent international qualification.
  • Proven ability to deliver high‑quality work under tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Sales experience with strong negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
