About the role
We are seeking a proactive Key Account Manager to lead relationships with utility‑scale customers in the renewable energy sector. You will act as the primary liaison between key clients and internal teams, driving customized solutions that align with long‑term business goals.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with utility‑scale customers in the region.
- Negotiate contracts, ensuring deadlines and client objectives are met.
- Serve as the main point of contact between key clients and internal departments.
- Analyse client needs and design tailored solutions.
- Increase company revenue and profitability against defined KPIs.
- Create and execute action plans to achieve quarterly and annual targets.
- Build and sustain relationships with various stakeholders and stay informed on market trends.
- Travel frequently to visit existing and prospective customers.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Economics.
- Good understanding of the local PV market.
- 3‑5 years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in the PV/solar or related energy sectors.
- Proven record of meeting sales targets.
- Result‑driven, able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and organisational abilities.
- Analytical, problem‑solving and intercultural skills.
- High reliability, able to work under pressure and travel regularly.
- Fluent in English and proficient in Arabic, Spanish or Hindi.
