Key Account Manager – Rhinology (Dubai)

About the role

As a Key Account Manager – Rhinology within Sanofi's Specialty Care team, you will drive the adoption of innovative treatments for chronic rhinosinusitis and related conditions across Dubai. You will build strategic partnerships with healthcare professionals and key institutions to ensure patients have access to the best care.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, map, and engage key accounts and patient journeys across Dubai, educating HCPs on rhinology conditions and product value.
• Build and maintain trust‑based relationships with ENT specialists, allergists, immunologists, clinical pharmacists, and hospital decision‑makers.
• Develop and execute territory‑specific account plans aligned with national commercial strategy.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Marketing, Market Access, Regulatory, and Supply Chain to implement launch and tactical plans within budget.
• Monitor and analyse account performance, sales KPIs, and market trends; report insights via CRM systems.
• Gather competitive intelligence and support strategic planning with counter‑plans.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and industry codes of ethics.
• Participate in symposiums, congresses, and scientific meetings to strengthen market presence.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience managing accounts in the Dubai pharmaceutical market.
• At least 3 years of total pharmaceutical sales or account management experience, including primary care exposure.
• Based in Dubai and able to work remotely while covering the territory.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems for data entry and reporting.
