About the role

The Key Account Sales Engineer will develop and manage strategic relationships with ADNOC Group companies and major EPC contractors across the Abu Dhabi region. The role focuses on promoting instrumentation bulk packages, process skids, and process control solutions to drive sales growth and secure long‑term customer engagement.

Key responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strategic accounts with ADNOC entities and leading EPC firms.
  • Promote and sell instrumentation bulk packages, process skids, and related control solutions.
  • Achieve sales targets, obtain project approvals, and ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.
  • Navigate ADNOC vendor systems and project procedures to facilitate smooth contract execution.
  • Collaborate with internal technical teams to tailor solutions to client specifications.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree or a 3‑year polytechnic diploma in Mechanical or Instrumentation engineering.
  • 5–10 years of technical sales experience within the UAE oil & gas sector.
  • Proven experience handling ADNOC and EPC accounts in Abu Dhabi.
  • Demonstrated track record in project‑driven sales and account management.
  • Familiarity with ADNOC vendor systems and project approval processes.
