Key Accounts Manager - Government Sector Emiratization

About the role

Carrier is seeking a UAE National to develop, maintain and strengthen long‑term strategic relationships with government accounts across the Emirates. The role positions Carrier as a trusted partner and global leader in intelligent climate and energy solutions, delivering value to key public‑sector stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Implement strategic account management and business development plans for government accounts, aligning with corporate KPIs.
• Build and nurture relationships with UAE government entities, officials and agencies to identify new business opportunities.
• Monitor government policies, regulatory changes and market trends, providing insights for strategic planning.
• Represent Carrier at government meetings, industry events and strategic forums, communicating the company’s capabilities.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Service, Legal, HR and other teams to ensure coordinated customer engagement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred); MBA or postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
• 5–10 years of experience in key account management, strategic sales, business development or government relations, preferably within HVAC, building technology or energy solutions.
• Strong understanding of the UAE market, government procurement processes and stakeholder management.
• UAE National with fluency in Arabic and English and a valid UAE driving licence.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office for presentations, reporting and data analysis.
